Aplomb Training's 8-Week Strong(er) Challenge Terms & Conditions Contract

This addendum applies specifically to the Strong(er) Challenge. It supplements, and does not replace, the general Aplomb Training LLC Terms and Conditions you already agreed to when you purchased. Where the two address the same topic, this addendum controls for anything specific to the Strong(er) Challenge.

  1. Program Structure. The Strong(er) Challenge is a self guided 8 week strength training and nutrition program delivered through Everfit, including a weekly group coaching call by Google Meet and a weekly Sunday check in form.
  2. Make Up Week Policy. The Challenge is built around a fixed weekly schedule. If you purchase mid week or begin after the program's Monday start date, any workout day already passed in week 1 is not dropped. Instead, that missed session is added to the end of your program as an additional week, so you still receive the full number of paid workouts. As a result, your program access may run one week beyond the standard 8 week span.
  3. Community and Weekly Call Conduct. The Everfit community forum and weekly group call are shared spaces with other participants. You agree to communicate respectfully, to keep other participants' shared health and fitness information private, and to understand that these are group settings where other members may be present. Soliciting or selling to other participants is not permitted.
  4. No Refunds. As stated in the general Terms and Conditions, your Strong(er) Challenge purchase is final and non refundable, including if you do not complete the program.
  5. Program Access. Your access to Strong(er) Challenge content in Everfit is for your personal, individual use for the duration of your program, including any additional make up week, and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
  6. Acknowledgment and Signature. By signing, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Strong(er) Challenge addendum and to the general Aplomb Training LLC Terms and Conditions, including the assumption of risk, medical clearance, and no refund terms described there.
